On April 13, 2026, a specialized excursion was organized for International Management students and international students from the Faculty of Economics to Škoda Auto. The aim of the excursion was to connect knowledge in the fields of logistics and quality management with real-world operations at one of the most significant companies in the Czech Republic. The program began with a visit to the Škoda Auto Museum, where the students learned about the brand’s history and the development of the automotive industry. This was followed by a specialized section focusing on logistics and supply chain management. Other topics of interest included green logistics, with a focus on emissions, and transport management. The excursion also included a tour of the M1 hall and the welding/pressing plant.

We would like to thank Škoda Auto for this opportunity to get a insight into the operations of the largest industrial manufacturer in our country. And, of course, we’d like to thank Mgr. Naďa Kuhnová for organizing the entire excursion and program!

Dne 13. dubna 2026 se pro studenty oboru International Management a zahraniční studenty Ekonomické fakulty uskutečnila odborná exkurze do společnosti Škoda Auto. Cílem exkurze bylo propojit znalosti z oblasti logistiky a řízení kvality s reálným provozem jedné z nejvýznamnějších společností v České republice. Program začal návštěvou muzea Škoda Auto, kde se studenti seznámili s historií značky a vývojem automobilového průmyslu. Následovala odborná část zaměřená na logistiku a řízení dodavatelského řetězce. Mezi další zajímavá témata patřila zelená logistika se zaměřením na emise a řízení dopravy. Součástí exkurze byla také prohlídka haly M1 a svařovacího a lisovacího závodu.

Rádi bychom poděkovali společnosti Škoda Auto za tuto příležitost nahlédnout do provozu největšího průmyslového výrobce v naší zemi. A samozřejmě bychom rádi poděkovali Mgr. Naďe Kuhnové za organizaci celé exkurze a programu!
