Alternate Delivery
1) In the event that the decision on the result of the admission procedure and on its possible review cannot be delivered to the applicant, the date posted on the official notice board is considered to be the date of delivery of the decision in accordance with Article 4, paragraph 11 of the TUL Statute.

2) Pursuant to Article 25, paragraph 3 of the TUL Study and Examination Regulations, decisions in matters referred to in § 68, paragraph 3 letter a) to f) of Act No. 111/98 Coll., on universities, which the student failed to hand deliver to the address for delivery indicated in IS STAG (§ 63 paragraph 3 letter b of the Act), will be deposited at the workplace, which issued the decision, and at the same time a notice of undelivered shipment is posted on the official board of TUL or the faculties, the tenth day after the document is deposited is the day of delivery.

3)  Notification of undelivered shipment in matters referred to in § 68 paragraph 3 letter g) to i) of Act No. 111/98 Coll., on universities and decisions in matters pursuant to § 25 paragraph 1 of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., administrative regulations, which could not be delivered to the delivery address, will be posted on the official board of TUL or the faculties. The day of delivery of the parcel is the tenth day from the day the parcel was ready for collection at the post office.

The addressee can pick up the said document at the study department of the TUL Faculty of Economics during office hours.
