What can you do after school?

Tourism is a field that is especially suitable for those who enjoy gaining new experiences and conveying them to others. This field includes the management of not only travel agencies and accommodation facilities, but also the management of cultural and tourist sites.

Thanks to the general basis, our graduates work in leading positions in companies and institutions of the tourism industry.
Graduates are able to design and implement marketing strategies for tourism entities.
Even international tourism is no stranger to our graduates. They work as heads of travel agencies, managers of hotel networks or administrators of booking portals.
Among the graduates, we also have entrepreneurs who manage their own establishments.

How is study connected to practice?

The field includes a mandatory supervised practice that lasts 10 weeks. Practice is good for several reasons. You will find out how things work in the real world, you will verify that the theory also applies in practice, and as a pleasant bonus you will also earn a few crowns. Not to mention that practice can also be a good source of data for your future bachelor. You can arrange an internship yourself in a company of your choice or use the offer of one of the faculty's partner companies. And if you don't have enough of it yet, you can also go on a voluntary internship abroad, starting from the 3rd semester.
