Application for Final State Examination

Article 1
General Provisions

(1) Students submit the results of their studies to the study department on the date of registration for the Final State Examination – a printed and signed Study Progress Form (the form for printing the study progress can be found in IS STAG under the My studies  -> Study Progress tab). The deadline is set by the academic calendar for the respective academic year.


(2) The student presents a valid student card to the examination board before the start of the final state examination.

 

 

Article 2
Bachelor Degree Study Programmes

(3) Students of the 3rd year of Bachelor Degree Programmes apply for the Final State  Examination through the preliminary registration via the information system STAG (IS STAG) under the department that guarantees the Final State Examination. The deadline for registration is set by the academic calendar for the relevant academic year. After the completion of the application process, students are divided into individual committees provided by the departments of the Faculty of Economics.

Article 3
Follow-Up Master Degree Study Programmes

(5) Students of the 2nd year of the Follow-Up Study apply for the Final State Examination  during the preliminary registration via the information system STAG (IS STAG) under the Department of Economics (KEK). Students register for the Final State Examination in Economics via the term announced by the Department of Economics in IS STAG.  


(6) Students of the 2nd year of the Follow-Up Study register for the completion of the Final State  Professional Examination via the term listed in IS STAG under the department that guarantees the Final State Examination. The deadline for registration is set by the academic calendar for the relevant academic year. After the completion of the application process, students are divided into individual committees provided by specialized departments of the Faculty of Economics.

Article 4
Temporary and Final Provisions

(8) The Dean's Directive No. 3/2018 is hereby revoked.


(9) This Dean's Directive comes into force and effect on 20 April 2021.
